Yes, we are covered under WCB for our workers, and we have the appropriate liability insurance required. These documents are provided to customers who contract for our services.

We are unable to provide a annual quote for services.  We can provide the approximate cost per visit once we have set up a site meeting to review the property requirements.  This will be an estimate only as until we service the property, we won't know exactly what is required. We do not estimate the number of days that we will go out as it all depends on this season's weather.

Yes, we offer salting and de-icing services to help prevent slips and falls on your property. Contact us for more information. We do not offer brine salt service.

We will perform salting services automatically whenever the temperature reaches +2 degrees, and when the weather is expected to create icy or freezing conditions.

Yes, we use a salt that is pet safe and concrete sate.  It will not harm vegetation, properly 

air-entrained concrete, or pets when used as directed.   

We strive to remove snow from our clients' properties as soon as possible after a snowfall event. We begin to plow at 2cm and will continue to plow as needed depending on the level of snow fall. However, the exact timing will depend on factors such as the severity of the snowstorm, the size of the area to be cleared, and the availability of our equipment and personnel.

Our team watches weather information from several sources to ensure we are on top of the conditions and can provide service promptly.
